Where Does US-Mattress.com Deliver?
We deliveranywherein the continental 48 states that is road accessible. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver internationally at this time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place. Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) and Post Office Box addresses are not accepted.

We also offer weekend and late night delivery options for an additional fee. To select one of these special times, please call for pricing and availability. Special delivery times and locations (Hawaii and Alaska) cannot be added to an order once it is placed.

Mattress Firm – Policy, what policy?

I pick a mattress and ask how much for delivery? I was told $69.00, but the salesmen said I can do it for $34.00 (yeah,right make me feel like I’m getting a good deal, lol!

I checked around average cost for that service in the area is $30.00-35.00 local delivery) Ok, I’ll buy it. I’m told between 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm it will be delivered. They call at 7:45 pm and tell me we can’t be there ’till 9:00 pm. I said fine.

That night I can’t sleep on the mattress it’s to firm. return the next day and let them know. I pick a new mattress and I ask them if the delivery charge will be $34.00? I’m told no.

I said why not you are doing the same thing, dropping off and picking up. I’m told that’s the policy. It will cost $49.99. This time the salesmen tells me it’s free if we are not on time (the first salesmen never said that) I inform him you guys were late last night and I got a phone call asking if I was going to be home at 9:00 pm for the delivery.

He said, oh then it’s ok. The same thing happened again on the second delivery they were late, over an hour! So how can you guys have a "it’s free if it’s not on time" policy if all you do is call the customer. makes no sense! I was never handed a printed policy or told anything!

As far as I’m concerned mattressfirm owes me a refund for my delivery charges! $83.99. pay-up!

  • Courteous and professionally-trained White Glove Delivery personnel
  • Sanitary booties worn to protect your home
  • The ability to track your deliveryhere

How to Prepare for a Mattress Delivery

It’s good to know how to prepare for your mattress delivery. Here are a few things to keep in mind before your new mattress arrives:

  • Make sure the path to where the mattress is going is clear
  • Move things such as picture frames, vases, or anything that might get knocked over or broken to a safe place
  • If you have pets, make sure to secure them so they don’t accidentally get hurt
  • The area surrounding the destination of your new mattress should be cleared of anything that might get stepped on or tripped over
  • If you have a mattress that will be removed, be sure to remove anything on it, including sheets and pillows

What to Expect Before and During Your Mattress Delivery

The 3-hour delivery window can only be assigned to you by the delivery services team. If we fail to deliver within the assigned time period, you will be refunded your paid delivery fee. However, if you’re not home on the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt. While we will try to provide a shorter, convenient delivery window, you may ultimately be obligated to be home the entire date of delivery.

A responsible person, 18 years of age or older, must be home during the delivery to sign the release/delivery documents.

A few things to keep in mind about White Glove Delivery:

  • All requests of the White Glove Delivery personnel must be made during the delivery
  • White Glove Delivery personnel are only allowed to remove old mattresses and foundations/box springs; they cannot remove bed frames, headboards, or any other furniture
  • They cannot move furniture to other rooms in your house, nor can they assemble (or disassemble) furniture not purchased at Mattress Warehouse
  • White Glove Delivery personnel cannot return to your home after delivery is complete

White Glove Delivery is currently available in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, DC. We also operate/deliver in select areas of South Carolina. We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. For shipping outside of these areas, please speak to a chat representative or call 1 800-BED-SALE.

Small parcels, including pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and other small sleep and bed accessories, will ship via FedEx or UPS. Signatures are not required. The delivering carrier and available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination.

  • Our delivery teams are cleaning the trucks twice a day.
  • Proactively asking customers if they would like for us to use gloves when making their delivery.
  • Wiping down all tablets and phones with alcohol-based screen wipes after every delivery stop.
  • Enhanced cleaning of our distribution centers in high traffic areas.
  • All mattress removals will be completely sealed within the customer’s home before being placed in our truck.

  • Due to mandated restrictions, we are unable to offer in-home setup in some states. Your sales associate will confirm if this is applicable to you at the time of purchase.
  • If desired, you can request that the delivery team drop off your product(s) at your front door at the time of delivery. However, you will still be required to sign that you received the delivery.
